Units reflect inconsistencies in cleanliness across stays!!! Maintenance issues beg attention, from outdated kitchens to insufficient parking options!!!

the location is a dream, but the service was a nightmare. my room had a top blanket with stains, how disrespectful! also only one beach chair? as a guest, I woudl ve been expecting maybe an upgrade or complimentary beach gear, but alas, just disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Consider asking for beach equipment upon check-in to enhance your experience during your stay.

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

The location was superb with quick access to the beach, enhancing our morning walks along Kihei Rd. Great amenities included beach towels and snorkeling gear for a fantastic outing!

Inconsistencies in cleaning were troubling, with reports of appliances malfunctioning and outdated furniture that diminished the overall experience.

stayed in a one bedroom suite and absolutely loved it. the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and the pool area was a nice bonus. the kitchen was well-equipped, making our meals super easy to prepare and enjoy.

the dishwasher didn’t work well.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a well-stocked kitchen allowing us to enjoy breakfast in our unit and being just a short walk from the beach enhancing our stay overall.

Loved my time in the one bedroom suite with an amazing ocean view and a fully stocked kitchen that made it feel like home! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation and the BBQ area was a great bonus for evening cookouts. The wifi could be a bit flaky at times, but it didn't take away from the fun! 🌴

Had a great time in the one bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and toaster. The outdoor swimming pool was nice for relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the lanai. Great access to Kamaole Beach III across the street. Really loved the BBQ area too!

The evening sunsets over the beach felt like watching a live painting come to life, and the local eateries just a quick stroll away served up some mouthwatering island flavors that had us coming back for more. Adding to the allure, we found two cooler bags filled with cookies and chocolates, a sweet little touch that made our beach day even better.

I hope the company can really step up and take action on my suggestions. The lack of follow-through from management left us feeling a bit neglected, as our concerns seemed to vanish into thin air. Communication was a real letdown, leaving us hanging with our unanswered questions.

The unit had a well-equipped kitchen (plenty of utensils! ), and the living room was spacious with a nice ocean view from the lanai. The pool area was nice for relaxing, and I appreciated the fast WiFi for my needs.

Everything was exceptional.

The location is superb, providing easy access to the beach and a peaceful grassy area just steps away from the pools. The kitchen was well-equipped and had new appliances, while the small touches, like cooler bags filled with snacks, added a nice surprise. However, the cleanliness was inconsistent. we found dirty silverware and an underwhelming dishwasher. Additionally, the bathroom could use better maintenance, as some installations weren't as clean as expected.

Nice beach access with stunning views from the lanai. The kitchen equipment definitely needs upgrading. some appliances are outdated. Good outdoor BBQ area available. It was great to have access to tennis courts for some fun activities.
